In the past 19 years that my husband and I have lived in the Columbia Valley, including 16 years of real estate, I have gotten to know many wonderful people. In any industry, but especially real estate, success depends largely on building and maintaining strong, open, and trusting relationships. And that is exactly why I am a REALTOR® . . . My ongoing involvement in residential construction, interior design and home staging is a key asset in helping people see the hidden potential of a place and how a property can go from feeling like just another house to your very own home.
When working with Buyers, I focus my expertise towards helping my clients work out their ideal “wish list,” discuss their realistic long term budget, share in an interactive and customized property search, provide all the details needed to make an informed decision and finally walk them through the actual negotiating and buying process.
Sellers can count on me to learn and understand the various features of their property that make it unique so that I can efficiently share that information with fellow REALTORS® and potential Buyers, to market the property extensively and ultimately help homeowners navigate the different stages of selling a real estate investment. I like to spend considerable time providing current market evaluations, tips on effectively selling a property including staging services and professional real estate photography and promoting my clients’ properties through various online platforms and social media to reach the greatest demographic of active Buyers.
